DESCRIPTION

We prepare our gourmet Eggplant Parmigiana in-house overnight the day before delivery using our sheets of fresh pasta. Our slow-cooked Marinara Tomato sauce perfectly blends with the eggplants. We top everything with Italian mozzarella cheese and grated Grana Padano PDO cheese.

That's Amore! Serves 4-6 people, therefore perfect for a dinner party or family dinner!

STORAGE INSTRUCTION

  • Keep refrigerated below 5C.

  • Consume within 3 days.

  • Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.

RE-HEATING INSTRUCTION

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and place a baking tray in the oven.

  2. Remove the plastic film. Once you have removed the film lid, place the Parmigiana directly onto the hot baking tray. Cover the pasta with tinfoil.

  3. Re-heat for 10-15 minutes or until piping hot.

  4. Remove the pasta from the oven and check the desired temperature. Allow 2-3 additional minutes without the tin foil if you'd like it to crispen up.

  5. After removing the parmigiana from the oven, allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Buon appetito!
